Wellness & Vitality
Understand your health. Personalize your next steps.
Weight Management
Look beyond the number on the scale.

Successful weight management considers body composition, nutrition, muscle preservation, metabolic health, and habits you can maintain.
Our approach may include nutritional coaching, InBody body-composition assessments, and GLP-1 medications for eligible patients, with regular follow-up to assess progress and tolerability. When symptoms suggest a hormonal or other medical contributor, we investigate that as part of your care.
InBody helps us follow changes in estimated fat and lean mass alongside your weight, giving us a broader perspective on your progress.
The goal is sustainable change that supports your health and strength.
Hormonal Imbalance
Understand the changes. Explore your options.

Changes in sleep, temperature regulation, mood, libido, and energy may have a hormonal component—but symptoms deserve an assessment before a prescription. We review your history and order appropriate testing, which may include sex hormones, thyroid function, and other markers based on your presentation. Cortisol testing is considered when clinically indicated.
BHRT & HRT: Understanding the Difference
Hormone replacement therapy, or HRT, is the broader category. Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, or BHRT, uses hormones chemically identical to those your body produces. Bioidentical options include FDA-approved medications as well as compounded preparations; “bioidentical” does not automatically mean safer or more effective.
We explain your options, select treatment when appropriate, and monitor your symptoms, laboratory findings, and potential risks over time.
Low Energy & Fatigue
Your symptoms deserve a closer look.

Persistent fatigue can reflect sleep disruption, nutritional deficiencies, medication effects, thyroid conditions, hormonal changes, or other health concerns.
Your plan begins with identifying likely contributors. Depending on the findings, care may include nutrition and sleep guidance, correction of documented deficiencies, or treatment of an identified medical condition.
We can also discuss the role and limitations of selected peptide therapies or IV nutrient treatments when appropriate. These options complement an assessment rather than replace one.
We want you to understand why a treatment belongs in your plan.
Sexual Wellness & Libido
A private conversation. Personalized care.

Changes in desire, arousal, comfort, or sexual function can have physical, hormonal, emotional, and medication-related contributors.
We provide a confidential setting to discuss these concerns and explore appropriate care. Options may include hormone treatment or adjustments, support for vaginal comfort, and referral when specialized evaluation is needed.
For patients asking about P-Shot, O-Shot, Viveve, peptides, or exosome-based approaches, we explain the specific treatment, the available evidence, and its limitations before considering suitability.
Your comfort, preferences, and informed choices guide the conversation.
Hair Thinning & Hair Loss
A fuller picture of your hair health.

Changes in your hair can reflect changes within your body. Genetics, hormones, thyroid function, nutrition, stress, and scalp health may all contribute to thinning or shedding.
At Pure Skin, we generally recommend beginning with a wellness assessment and appropriate laboratory testing before pursuing advanced hair treatments. Understanding the contributing factors helps us build a more targeted plan, with dermatology evaluation when needed.
Your personalized care may include scalp treatments, home-care serums, and nutritional support. We also evaluate the suitability of PDGF, peptide formulations, and exosome-based products, explaining the evidence and realistic expectations for each option.
The Pure Skin Difference is connecting scalp care with your overall health—so every recommendation has a purpose.
Vaginal Dryness & Intimate Comfort
Comfort matters at every stage.

Dryness, irritation, and discomfort with intimacy deserve attention. We assess potential contributors, including menopause-related changes, and discuss options such as moisturizers, lubricants, and local vaginal estradiol when appropriate.
If you are considering Viveve or other procedures, your consultation includes a discussion of the evidence, risks, alternatives, and realistic expectations.
Stress Urinary Incontinence
Support for the moments that interrupt your confidence.

Leakage with coughing, laughing, sneezing, or exercise may indicate stress urinary incontinence.
We begin with an assessment to identify the type of leakage and appropriate next steps. Pelvic-floor physical therapy, lifestyle measures, and specialist referral may form part of your plan.
Questions about Viveve or O-Shot procedures are addressed individually, including their limitations and how they compare with established treatment options.
Muscle Health & Strength
Preserve the strength that supports your life.

Muscle matters for movement, balance, metabolic health, and everyday independence—particularly during weight loss and healthy aging.
We consider nutrition, protein intake, resistance exercise, and body-composition trends together. Where symptoms suggest a medical contributor, we investigate further.
Testosterone treatment may be considered for appropriately diagnosed conditions following an individualized assessment. Peptide therapies require a separate discussion of the specific product, evidence, and suitability.
Healthy Aging & Longevity
Build habits and a plan for the years ahead.

Our approach to healthy aging focuses on maintaining function, supporting strength, addressing symptoms, and managing modifiable health risks.
Nutrition, movement, sleep, body composition, appropriate screening, and ongoing medical care provide the foundation. Hormone therapy, selected medications, supplements, or other interventions are considered according to your needs and the evidence behind them.
The aim is to help you live well, with a plan that evolves alongside you.
The Pure Skin Difference
Education first. Individualized care. Ongoing monitoring.

Your wellness journey begins with understanding your health. Our process brings together a Comprehensive Laboratory Evaluation and InBody assessment, followed by a discovery call and medical-history review, then your provider consultation. Testing is tailored to your clinical needs.
We explain your findings, connect recommendations to a purpose, and establish a follow-up plan. Advanced or emerging therapies receive the same careful consideration as every other treatment.
Your symptoms matter. Your questions matter. Your plan should reflect both.
