Return and Refund Policy

At Pure Skin Palm Beach, we are committed to providing exceptional medical aesthetic, skin health, and wellness services.

Because of the customized nature of our treatments and products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services, treatment packages, memberships, prepaid services, gift certificates, skincare products, supplements, prescription medications, or wellness therapies.

Treatment Packages

  • Standard treatment packages do not expire.

  • Promotional packages, Buy & Bank events, Summer Specials, Sprinkle Sparkle, and other promotional offers may include expiration dates as outlined at the time of purchase.

Product Returns

  • Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

  • Prescription products, compounded medications, peptides, opened supplements, vitamins, and opened skincare products are not eligible for return.

  • If an over-the-counter skincare product has a manufacturer defect or causes an unexpected skin reaction, please contact our office within 7 days so we can assist you.

Appointment Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

Exceptional results begin before your appointment.

Many of our treatments require significant preparation, including review of your medical history, medications, skincare, pre-treatment instructions, customized treatment planning, and reserved provider time.

Appointment Confirmation

Many appointments require confirmation 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit, including:

  • Injectables

  • Laser & Energy-Based Treatments

  • Skin Health Treatments

  • Wellness & Hormone Consultations

By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge that you have:

  • Reviewed your pre-treatment instructions.

  • Followed all medication and skincare restrictions.

  • Reviewed expected downtime and recovery.

  • Contacted our office with any questions before treatment.

​

IV Therapy, Vitamin Injections, and Peptide Injection appointments require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.​

Cancellation Fees

Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or not confirmed within the required timeframe may be subject to the following fees.

Skin Health Treatments & Wellness Consultations

Up to the full value of the scheduled consultation (maximum $300).

Medical Aesthetic Appointments (60 Minutes or Less)

$300 Cancellation Fee

Medical Aesthetic Appointments (Greater Than 60 Minutes)

$500 Cancellation Fee

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Dermal Fillers

  • Sculptra®

  • Renuva®

  • Combination Injectable Treatments

  • Laser Treatments

  • MOXI®

  • Ultherapy®

  • Scarlet RF

  • Agnes RF

  • Extended or Multi-Device Appointments

Failure to Follow Pre-Treatment Instructions

Patient safety is always our highest priority.

​

If you confirm your appointment but arrive unable to receive treatment because required pre-treatment instructions were not followed, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the applicable cancellation fee may apply.

​

Examples include:

  • Recent sun exposure or sunburn

  • Self-tanner use

  • Contraindicated medications

  • Failure to discontinue active skincare products

  • Pregnancy

  • Other preventable contraindications identified on the day of treatment

Our Commitment

Our goal is never to charge cancellation fees. Our goal is to ensure every patient is fully educated, properly prepared, and able to safely receive treatment.
