Body Rejuvenation

Thoughtful care, beyond the face.

Loose & Crepey Skin

Improve the texture. Consider the support.

Skin can become thinner, less elastic, and more crepey with age, sun exposure, or changes in weight. Different areas—and different layers—may need different approaches.

Our options include Scarlet RF microneedling, Ultherapy PRIME, Tixel, and body chemical peels, selected according to the treatment area and your skin’s needs. BBL and Moxi may complement your plan when uneven tone, sun damage, or surface texture are also concerns.

For appropriate patients and treatment areas, Sculptra or hyperdilute Radiesse may be considered as part of a biostimulatory approach to skin quality.

The goal is a thoughtful combination that addresses what your skin needs, where it needs it.

Pigmentation & Sun Damage

A more even tone, beyond your complexion.

Years of sun exposure can leave their mark on the décolleté, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, and other exposed areas. BBL and Moxi offer complementary approaches to selected pigmentation and sun-damage concerns. We may recommend either treatment or a combination, depending on the type of discoloration, your skin tone, and the area being treated.

Your plan also includes preparation, recovery guidance, and consistent sun protection to help maintain your progress.

Beautifully cared-for skin should feel cohesive from face to body.

Body Volume & Contouring

Restore fullness. Refine your natural shape.

Weight loss and aging can change the body’s volume and proportions. Sometimes the concern is an area that has lost fullness, rather than an area that needs reduction.

Through our collaboration with Dr. Constantino G. Mendieta, Pure Skin offers consultations for nonsurgical body contouring with alloClae.

This structural adipose tissue product adds targeted volume and support without liposuction or harvesting fat from another area of your body. Treatment planning considers your anatomy, proportions, and desired enhancement.

Dr. Mendieta brings decades of body-contouring experience to assessing where this approach may fit your goals and explaining its possibilities and limitations.

Excessive Sweating

More comfort. Less interruption.

Excessive sweating—also called hyperhidrosis—can affect clothing choices, social confidence, and daily comfort.

Neuromodulator treatment can reduce sweating in appropriate patients. We assess concerns involving the underarms, palms, and soles, discussing treatment suitability, comfort measures, and expected duration. Treatment of the hands and feet is off-label and requires an individualized discussion of benefits and risks.

Your consultation begins with understanding the pattern of sweating and whether further medical evaluation is needed.

Hand Rejuvenation

Let your hands reflect the care you give your face.

Hands are often overlooked, even as volume loss and sun damage make veins, tendons, and underlying contours more noticeable. We consider both fullness and skin tone. Carefully selected HA filler is often our preferred option for restoring volume to the backs of the hands, creating a smoother, softer-looking appearance. Regenerative or biostimulatory options may also be discussed where appropriate.

BBL can address selected brown spots and sun damage, complementing volume restoration for a more complete result.

A thoughtful hand treatment plan considers what has been lost beneath the skin and what has changed at its surface.

Earlobe Rejuvenation

A little fullness. A beautiful finishing touch.

Over time, earlobes can lose volume and develop a thinner or more creased appearance.

A small amount of carefully placed HA filler can restore subtle fullness and soften the look of creases, helping earrings sit more attractively.

It is a small detail that can make a lovely difference—especially when your favorite Palm Beach diamonds deserve their moment.

Stretched or torn piercings may require a different approach, which we will discuss during your assessment.

The Pure Skin Difference

A complete perspective. A personalized plan.

We look at how texture, pigmentation, laxity, and volume contribute to your concerns before choosing a treatment.

Your personalized Plan of Care explains the purpose of each recommendation, how treatments may work together, expected recovery, and when to reassess. Some improvements develop gradually; others may be visible sooner. We help you understand that balance before you begin.

From larger treatment areas to the smallest finishing details, our approach remains the same: thoughtful care that respects your anatomy and enhances what is uniquely yours.

We don’t change you; we elevate and enhance you.
